What is the status of my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your Spam folder.

How do I change or cancel my order? 

If you have made an error entering your order information or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your order is processed within 1-2 days after it is placed. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified with a tracking link. Please note that orders placed during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your product was damaged during transit, please notify us immediately so we can replace the damaged item(s)
